One spinless judge down, and there is enough time for President Trump to appoint one with a spine. Depending on who is appointed, I can see that as a win.

Honestly, if somebody complained about that, being complimented as “Street Smart”, then they should check themselves into a mental hospital. They’re unhinged. Or they’re just a malcontent looking to make trouble. And the term is indeed a compliment. Go ahead, look it up. It’s synonyms include the following: hardened, astute, cunning, experienced, quick-witted, savvy, seasoned, shrewd, worldly, streetwise. Nothing insulting about any of these. As for the judge, the fact that he resigned indicates that either A) the position is more politicized than anybody imagined, and/or B) he is truly spineless. Probably both.
