Joe,

Sue to get out of your contract. You will be fine financially for life after the UFC deal anyway right? Surely, you tucked some away for you and your family.

Call Howard Sterns’ lawyer. Get out of your Spotify contract and go to sattelite like Howard. No FCC. True 1A rights with no risk of speech lawsuit liabilities whatsover.

Otherwise, you are just milking the PC cow for PR that your talent, ratings, fanbase don’t need or care about anymore. You have established yourself.

If I were a stock holder, which I am not, I would be watching closely. The stock languished$120 to $150 since 2018. Around the time the Rogan deal was first announced the stock was around $150 a share and rose quickly to$290 a share in June. Since all this BS started it has been on a downtrend currently at $235. Soon a decision will need to be made, drop Rogan and eat whatever loss they can negotiate with him, watch that stock price return to $150. What a great article, also amazing it was at Digital Music News! Had no idea they were part of the push-back phenom! They might not be but this was a really fair & honest & important piece of journalism!

Let’s hope that the Spotify founder/CEO, Daniel Ek fires ALL of them!
