I just don’t understand. To date, all of the hand vote counts pretty much match the Dominion computer counts. However, the Georgia count was off 1,200 votes out of 5 million.
One theory is that the big paper ballot dumps were done to match up, approximately, with the ghost electronic votes. Just a theory though. Signature matching would surely help. Good question, Mike. It needs a better answer.
