Once, I even showed the local governing bodies and dumb cops the google earth satellite photos of wholesale auto dumps and hoarders dumps and it made the newspapers further embarrassing the fat @$$ed donut eating state and local traitor governments of swine and serpents….the loserinos who do nothing to protect us or the environment.

As for me, I dump all the time in this native state of mine, which has gone from idyllic to oppressive in every possible way. Once one piece of trash is dumped there, it gives way to other dumpers to use that area. Some of the dumping appears to be by people hired by residents to haul away trash, Botti said, who then illegally dump it instead of taking it to the county landfill. Most cities have a system where they will pick up one or two bulk items a year. A perpetual get out of jail free card. No penalties for anything.
Most of that crap is stolen from someone else.

Anybody who explores the back roads of the Central Valley and the High Desert can tell you that this has been going on for decades. And it all comes down to an ever increasing population from East of the Hajnal Line who are too fucking lazy, cheap and inconsiderate to take their trash to the dump.
It will go away when they go away. And not before.

I don’t live in or near Fresno but my first guess is that maybe the cost of legal dumping is, like everything else in CA, crazy-expensive.
Is it cheaper to pay people to run around cleaning up or to charge less for legal dumping? Or how about reasonably priced garbage pickup?
The problem with liberals is that they can’t think 5 minutes into the future.
In Mexico burning debris in a barrel is commonplace. The idea of paying to dump rubbish is antithetical to common sense to those from points south.
