That Will take Congress and the states to approve budgets and laws that promote freedom of speech and thought. Professors who are members of CP-USA or its affiliate .. aka.. The demokrat party will be muzzled if they start spewing Karl Marx. This guy gets it. You cut off the money and have a set of rules and regulations that they must follow or the money gets cut off. The donors should also be made to fund education and not marxism. No money if you are teaching revolution and NOT teaching the Constitution and freedom.
