From the University of California Agricultural and Natural Resource office. Might take time to load.

For a second opinion, here’s the Cal-Fire incident report map.

Neither site shows all fires. It’s a rather limited dataset.

Instead try: https://disasterresponse.maps.arcgis.com/apps/webappviewer/index.html?id=2ff1677111ae4018ac705fcce7c3312f

On the Monica Jaye show 99.1FM today in Nevada a pilot/aviator declared no aircraft were pulling water out of Lake Tahoe to fight the fire.
There you have it: THEY WANT it to burn.

All of a sudden…just like that. No more reporting on these fieres in California. Please someone tell me what the Dems were covering up with these fires. I must be missing something…Been too busy enjoying time off in Florida and discussing with my people about the return.

Back in the Day, California had a logging industry that made logging roads in the back country to harvest trees. The Tree huggers went to the California State legislature and killed that industry and the logging roads went away. Those roads were natural fire brakes and a reduction of the amount of trees and brush that was fuel for future fires. This is the product of CRACK-POT LIBERAL THINKING. Like the Democrat Political Party; what they do with laws result in needless expense, higher taxes, loss of jobs, injury and death of the citizens of America. Voting for Democrat Politicians… Read more »

Well stated. It’s been a long time since someone pointed out what’s truly going on in California. Also, there are fires set by rival illegal pot growers who want to destroy their competition.

The late Dr Bill Wattenburg prophesized these out of control wildfires. He pinned the blame on lawyers from groups like the Sierra Club, corrupt judges and politicians who prevented the thinning of our forests in and around California. He warned us over a decade ago every weekend on KGO radio. Ironically, three years after his passing his beloved cabin in Greenville was destroyed last month. I miss Bill.

I remember him also. A well respected man. I used to listen to Jim Eason religiously and he used to have him on every now and then. Your’s and Stephen’s posts are right on.

Depends on the color of the smoke.

Food for thought…..(Or maybe it’s common knowledge at this point…). How many of these fires are started by those who would do harm to us? Those that have gotten into this country through an open door? Those whose culture embraces smoking? Those that would drive out to the beautiful Sierras and pull over, have a nice smoke then jettison said smoke into the dry timber? How easy is that?? A LOT easier than all of their other strategies to wreak havoc in this country.
Just sayin’…..

Meanwhile, here in Sutter County, nothing ever happens. And that’s exactly the way we like it. Like having a safe box seat to the big show, which is everyone and everywhere else. And, we’re Red as Red can be here, too.

LOVE IT! I’m down here in Sac county and it’s a proverbial shiite show, for sure. I drive truck and am up and down 5 all the time enjoying the beautiful scenery of California. It truly is a beautiful state made un-livable by the fascist left. Same can be said for Oregon, Washington and so many other places ruined by the fascists.
It’s been said before and I’ll repeat it: Everything the fascist left touches, it ruins.
