Given the temperature of our politics right now it’s hard to care. There are much bigger fish to fry beyond a lunar module continuing it’s orbit around the moon. Wouldn’t it be nice to have the luxury to invest time in this question? This is a meaningless distraction that, while intriguing, takes our focus away from core issues that have impact on our daily lives. Your time and attention is gold. Please don’t waste it on superfluous press releases.

To put it mildly.
It certainly makes sense and I like to imagine the module still orbiting the moon all these years later on the anniversary of the unforgettable moon landing.
