So now industry is supposed to cut back energy usage. That means people will get furloughed for the day and lose pay and go home and turn on their appliances? Factories can’t just turn off the industrial engines just because it’s warm outside. How has this guy gotten this far in life?

Still trying to use a taxpayers money scheme to stay in business. Cali does not have a tax shortage problem, we have a government SPENDING problem. the sky is the limit with taxpayers money.
