First off, this is a state election and not a federal one. Therefore, legally it is ok to have federal political imagery. Had he wore paraphernalia from any one candidate or issue from this specific election, he would of been in violation of the law.
As such, he has basis for a law suit against the L.A. County Registar-Recorders office.

I believe it’s the law that poll workers can’t wear anything political. While I agree with his logos, but I also agree that poll workers shouldn’t be pushing politics while working in the polling places. So…yes, he should’ve been removed. People need to feel that their ballot will be treated fairly and unbiased.

While I admire his in your face attire, I would be pissed if I saw a poll worker with slogans supporting Dems. Best to remain low key and ensure there’s no shenanigans.
