During two of our major rain events this year, they saved none of the water. Totally on purpose.

The New Melons dam near Sonora was the last water project built in California back in 1980. When the state had 23,000,000 people. Today it is almost 40,000,000, some delta smelt and salmon fish.
Although voter approved our Democrats have seen to it nothing has been built ever since. Tranny bathrooms and peppered central valley concrete Stonehenge monuments to Jerry Brown and his never going to be train are much more important.

Is the let them suffer picture getting clear?

Democrat engineered water shortage.
