We need to disarm the Government — Every freaking department has it’s own armed police force.
Why does the Dept. of Education buy ammo? Who are they planning to shoot?
We also need to de-militarize the police. No need for assault vehicles and war weapons.
They have SWAT teams — that’s enough.
THEN — we can talk about gun control.

What law school did he attend? It is government’s burden to prove that a citizen is not worthy to exercise a Constitutional right. It is not the citizen’s burden to prove that they are worthy.

But Lord Gavin and his butt boy won’t go after the 24,000 California criminals court ordered to turn in the ones they possess. They must have some sort of special permits the rest of us don’t know about.

I’m going criminal. It’s easier, cheaper, faster and there aren’t any consequences to speak of. Never out of guns or ammo, carry what you want whenever, wherever, see red lights just ditch it to a friend and keep the flow going. And, learn to speak broken English with a ghetto accent, even though you know no Spanish…doesn’t matter.

So does this mean crime victims or their families can sue into oblivion those who sell weapons to gang members? When do we ever hear of the state going after such persons? If only they put half the energy into preventing criminals from obtaining guns illegally as they put into preventing law-abiding citizens from obtaining guns legally.

Given the SCOTUS ruling on 2A gun laws, CA’s new gun owner infringement bills don’t amount to much more than a dare. Compliance? After the SCOTUS weighs in.

Defiance of a Supreme Court decision is another way of saying sedition.
