The so-called “10,000 Tenants” (who are really wealthy communist public unions) are not making anything better for tenants, are they? By discouraging property owners from becoming landlords they are insuring that there will be fewer rental units and that those rental units will be more expensive. Idiots.

This is nothing more then class warfare as defined in Marxism. What happens when the land lord does not have income from rent coming in to unclog a toilet, pay the tax bill with the voted on bonds, or the property gets foreclosed and everyone evicted.

Naturally the wealthy CA unions and communists organize to strike for “tenants’ rights” as they seek to plunder property to further enrich themselves and consolidate their power.
I’m guessing we won’t be seeing any articles that investigate the plight of the small landlords who are the real victims here.
