Organized religion can be very oppressive, but ignorance of Christ and ‘what’ Christ is is beyond oppressive. It’s deadly.

Thank you. Just today I listened to someone talk about this. The Greek word for Christ means Anointed. Anointed means: Divinely Designated, Appointed, & Enabled. When we die to self, turn to Jesus and follow Him, we become knowingly IN Him and He IN us therefore we are also ‘Anointed’.
