Good on them for pushing back! The City is hunting for $ knowing most will be quiet and pay to avoid the hassle. The city threw out the fine because they resisted & legal disputes are costly.
I lived at Fillmore & Bush 25-years ago and budgeted for parking tickets, many of which were unfair. It must be horrible now.

The building department is out of control. Same here in LA. $30/hr employee’s controlling multimillion dollar projects because of ego or crazed activist shutting down businesses because it is not ADA compliant. The scrutiny they place upon home owners is out of control. You can’t even change a water heater legally without a permit.

Ask them how they vote. My guess is they are liberals getting bit by their own voting. Sucks to be found guilty and have to prove innocence eh?
