I have been reading stories lately about Florida’s latest hurricane and that many people do not have insurance coverage. Aren’t Florida hurricanes the equivalent of California wildfires. My lender demands that I have fire insurance. Even if it wasn’t a demand it is a wise move. Floridians aren’t required to have insurance coverage?
Usually insurance doesn’t cover flooding thus this my be a coverage exclusion the Floridians are experiencing.
Biden forgave discretionary student loans and is throwing our money at The Ukraine including their pension systems while Americans literally at the gates of hell.
Declared flood zones require extra coverage. If you own property free & clear, insurance is optional (but always a good idea). Like an automobile, if you have loan balance, insurance is required by the lender. St of CA offers an expensive Fair Plan for fire insurance for areas that insurance companies no longer offer coverage.
Oh I am sure that and lunch baggies are next. There is no end to their insanity…absolutely No end. Liberals suck the life out of life. It’s the only thing they know how to do.

This guide has been very helpful over the years, because how else are we to know which judges to vote for unless we know them personally?
